A BRIEF REVIEW OF USMR’S ADVERTISING POLICIES
(For full details, please see pages 3 and 4 of your USMR Policy and Procedures Manual)

• When desiring to advertise USMR’s Equity Acceleration Program, you have our permission to use one of our prepared flyers. Just add your name (your legal name, please!), your own company name (if you have one), and your contact information (your phone number, fax number, address, email address, web address, etc.).

• If you prefer to create your own advertising, first submit the proposed ad or flyer along with details of how, when, and where it shall be used (such as: Internet, web sites, e-mail, newspaper display ads, magazine, radio, tv, billboards, pamphlets, faxes, etc.) to USMR for corporate approval prior to using the flyer or placing the ad.

• When creating your own advertising, you may refer to the "Equity Acceleration Program®" by name, provided you disclose: "The Equity Acceleration Program is a registered trademark of U.S. Mortgage Reduction, Inc." Otherwise, USMR’s name, logos, trademarks, initials, and phone numbers, and those of our service providers, affiliated companies, and/or competitors are not to be used on or in your advertising (or for billing advertising).

• Advertisements should not be sent to prospects by e-mail or fax, except to recipients who have specifically asked to receive an e-mail or fax from you. In other words, please do not engage in "spamming," the sending of unwanted faxes and/or e-mails.

• You are fully responsible for your advertising, including ad accuracy, placement and scheduling, paying all advertising expenses you incur, etc. You may not use any USMR phone number for billing purposes, nor have any advertising bills, invoices, etc. sent to or issued in the name of any U.S. Mortgage company.
